Biography
Alana Ostrowiecki is an Associate Attorney at Licata & Yeremenko. As an advocate for workers’ rights, Alana handles a broad range of employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, as well as wage and hour claims. Alana also handles personal injury matters.
Alana obtained her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. While in law school, Alana earned a CALI award for academic excellence in Communications Law. Prior to attending law school, Alana received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge where she graduated magna cum laude.
Prior to joining the firm, Alana clerked at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles’s Eviction Defense Center, where she assisted individuals who couldn’t otherwise afford legal representation through advocating for the rights of tenants to stay in their homes, and supporting the rights of renters to live in safe and habitable environments.
While away from work, Alana enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog Fleur and cat Bagel. Alana also loves attending live music performances and local comedy shows.
